The products of Macau Cement are produced according to the Quality Manual that defines the company’s policy, basic principle and practices for the compliance with the requirements of ISO9002. The standards are definite and detailed to define the quality system of our plant from contract, production, quality inspecting, servicing and even training. The quality system is being implemented exactly, to ensure the products conform to the severe quality standard regulations and the client’s requirements.

In 1999, our OPC and Fly Ash Portland Cement were certified by the Civil Engineering Laboratory of Macau (LECM). They regularly monitor and audit our quality system. In October 2000, we also obtained the approval from the Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS) for the alkaline testing. We are the first cement laboratory in Macau to get the accreditation from HOKLAS.

　　It is the policy of Macau Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd to operate a Quality Assurance Scheme to produce and supply cement, which will satisfy the requirements of Cement Standard disciplined by Macau Government.

　　Training is provided to all staff so that this policy is complied with.
(3)GOOD SUPPLY OF MATERIALS AND SERVICES
　　All suppliers of materials and services are made aware of the specification requirements and their obligations.

　　All work is carried out in accordance with procedures and instructions to meet workmanship standards
